Job Description

Open Positions (Multiple):

  • Oracle Fusion Time & Labor (OTL) Consultant / Lead
  • Oracle Fusion Core HR & Absences Consultant
  • Oracle Fusion Talent Management / ORC Consultant

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune / Noida

Start: ASAP

Travel: As required


1. Common Job Responsibilities (Applicable to ALL Positions)

All selected candidates, regardless of module specialization, will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations
  • Business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design
  • Functional configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live support
  • Preparation of functional documents as per AIM/OUM methodology
  • Collaboration with technical, payroll, finance, and HR stakeholders
  • Client-facing discussions, workshops, and solution walkthroughs
  • Supporting post-production issues and change requests
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management


2. Common Mandatory Requirements (Applicable to ALL Positions)

  • 612+ years of overall Oracle Fusion HCM experience (role dependent)
  • Minimum 3+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
  • Strong functional consulting background
  • Experience working in enterprise or multi-country environments
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills


3. Module-Specific Role Requirements

Candidates must have strong experience in at least ONE of the following tracks .


A. Oracle Fusion Time & Labor (OTL) Consultant / Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation of Oracle Fusion Time & Labor
  • Configure time entry rules, approval workflows, schedules, and accruals
  • Ensure accurate integration with Payroll and Core HR
  • Support global time and labor compliance requirements
  • Write and maintain Fast Formulas related to time processing

Mandatory Skills:

  • Oracle Fusion Time & Labor (OTL)
  • At least 3 end-to-end OTL implementations
  • Strong hands-on configuration experience
  • Fast Formula expertise

Good to Have:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification
  • Exposure to Absences or Payroll integrations


B. Oracle Fusion Core HR & Absences Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Core HR, Absences, ESS & MSS
  • Configure workforce structures, employment lifecycle, and absence plans
  • Support HR compliance and statutory reporting
  • Collaborate with OTL and Payroll teams where required
  • Write Fast Formulas for HR and absence rules

Mandatory Skills:

  • Oracle Fusion Core HR & Absences
  • End-to-end implementation experience in Core HR
  • Fast Formula capability

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to Time & Labor
  • Compensation & Benefits knowledge


C. Oracle Fusion Talent Management / ORC Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Talent modules including:
  • Goals, Performance Management
  • Succession Planning
  • Career Development
  • Talent Review
  • Implement and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
  • Configure Fusion Learn (if applicable)
  • Conduct talent workshops and design best-practice solutions

Mandatory Skills:

  • Oracle Fusion Talent Management and/or ORC
  • End-to-end Talent or Recruiting implementations
  • Strong functional and client-facing skills

Good to Have:

  • Fusion Learn experience
  • HR domain background (MBA HR preferred)
