Job Description
Experience: 6 to 20 Yrs
Location: Hyderabad, Noida and many other locations
Notice period: Immediate to 30 days
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 67 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and reporting.
- Experience with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Payroll implementations.
- Proficiency in configuring Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, HR, Business, or related field.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification (preferred).
