Functional Knowledge of any HCM modules

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1. Candidate must understand the Functional Specification Document and design the technical solution

2. Candidate must document the Technical Design Document

3. Candidate required to develop the technical components

4. Candidate should be able talk to customer and gather requirements independently

5. Should have experience in end to end life cycle of a development project
