Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant - Compensation - Peoplesoft HCM

We are looking for a senior resource with 10 years of experience , primarily in Oracle HCM Cloud , along with a strong PeopleSoft background , especially in Security and SOX Compliance .

Key Experience Required:

• Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Compensation Modules
• PeopleSoft HCM, with focus on Security and Compliance

Location: Delhi NCR, India

Experience Required: 1012 years

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HCM professional with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR & Compensation) and a strong background in PeopleSoft HCM , particularly in Security Administration and SOX Compliance .

Key Skills & Experience:

• Oracle HCM Cloud: Core HR, Compensation, Security configuration, and role provisioning.
• PeopleSoft HCM: Security administration, permission list management, and workflow security.
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance requirements and audit processes.
• Experience in data privacy regulations and HR data governance.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid functional-technical role .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Core HR or Compensation.
• PeopleSoft Security certification or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in multi-country HR system environments .
