Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Talent Consultant

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Oracle Fusion Cloud Talent Management Consultant based in Jaipur. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

This role requires strong functional expertise in:

Oracle Fusion Talent Management (Core Talent)

Performance Management

Goal Management

Learning / Recruiting (preferred)

You will work closely with business stakeholders and internal delivery teams to configure solutions, provide functional guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Talent Management implementations
• Conduct requirement gathering, workshops, and fit-gap analysis with clients
• Configure Talent modules including Performance, Goals, Career Development, and Succession Planning
• Support Learning and Recruiting modules (if applicable)
• Provide functional expertise and best-practice recommendations
• Manage UAT, data validation, and go-live support
• Prepare functional documentation (BRD, FDD, test cases, user guides)
• Resolve functional issues and provide post-go-live support
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and reporting requirements

• Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Talent Management implementations
• Strong knowledge of:

• Succession Planning
• (Learning and Recruiting are an added advantage)
• Prior consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelors degree in IT / Business / HR or related field
• Oracle Fusion Talent Management certification is a plus
• Ability to work from Jaipur/Pune Location
