Were Hiring | Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant (Implementation + AMS)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with strong exposure to both end-to-end implementations and AMS (mandatory) engagements.

Position Details

  • Role: Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant
  • Experience: 10+ years overall (5+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials)
  • Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune
  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners mandatory


Role Overview

The ideal candidate should have deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials modules, strong AMS exposure, and the ability to support finance users on complex issues, enhancements, and financial process optimization.


Experience in Oracle Service Contracts will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation (Full Lifecycle)

  • Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementations across:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)
  • Expenses (EX)
  • Tax
  • Conduct requirement workshops & prepare solution design documents
  • Configure modules & support CRP, SIT, UAT, and cutover
  • Work with technical teams on RICEW components & integrations
  • Guide finance users on best practices & standardized processes

AMS / Production Support (Mandatory)

  • Provide L2/L3 functional support
  • Troubleshoot production issues & perform RCA
  • Support month-end / quarter-end / year-end close
  • Handle SLA setup & accounting rules
  • Manage intercompany, allocations, revaluation & reconciliation
  • Create and track Oracle SRs
  • Perform regression testing during quarterly patches
  • Handle CR enhancements & stabilization activities


Required Skills

  • Strong exposure to:
  • SLA & accounting rules
  • Intercompany transactions
  • Period close processes
  • Experience with integrations:
  • OIC
  • REST / SOAP APIs
  • Tax engines
  • Familiarity with:
  • OTBI
  • FRS
  • Smart View
  • Ability to prepare:
  • BRDs
  • MD50s
  • Test scripts
  • Training materials


Soft Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Experience in onsiteoffshore models
  • Analytical & solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong documentation skills


Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT
  • Oracle Fusion Financials certification (Preferred)
