1) Oracle Fusion Advanced Sourcing + Procurement

Responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Procurement modules including Sourcing, Supplier Qualification, Purchasing, and Supplier Portal. Gather business requirements, configure procurement workflows, and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Provide functional support, testing, and user training.

2) Oracle Fusion Advanced Planning (ASCP) + Procurement

Design and configure Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) integrated with Procurement. Manage demand planning, supply planning, sourcing rules, and procurement planning processes. Work closely with business teams to optimize inventory and supply chain efficiency.

3) Oracle Fusion Product Lifecycle Management (PDH, PIM, Innovation Mgmt.)

Lead implementation and support of Product Lifecycle Management modules including Product Data Hub (PDH), Product Information Management (PIM), and Innovation Management. Handle item lifecycle, product governance, catalog management, and product development processes.

4) Oracle Fusion Presales with FIN/SCM Background

Support presales activities by providing solution demos, preparing proposals, and responding to RFPs for Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM solutions. Work with sales teams to design client-specific solutions and present value-driven business cases.

5) Oracle Revenue Management Cloud

Implement and support Oracle Revenue Management Cloud to ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15). Configure revenue contracts, performance obligations, and revenue allocation rules. Provide business and functional support.

6) Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) & Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)

Design and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using OAC and FDI. Build data models, KPIs, and visualizations for Finance, HCM, and SCM domains. Ensure data accuracy, governance, and performance optimization.

7) Oracle HCM Absence & Time and Labor

Implement and manage Absence Management and Time & Labor modules in Oracle HCM Cloud. Configure absence plans, accruals, work schedules, and time rules. Ensure compliance with labor policies and support payroll integration.

8) Oracle HCM Benefits & Compensation

Configure and support Oracle HCM Benefits and Compensation modules. Manage benefit programs, eligibility rules, compensation plans, salary reviews, and bonus structures. Provide functional expertise and support business users.

9) Oracle HCM Payroll (Middle East & Localizations)

Implement and support Oracle Fusion Payroll with a focus on Middle East payroll and local statutory requirements. Manage payroll elements, balances, legislative rules, and compliance. Handle payroll processing, reconciliation, and reporting.

10) Oracle HCM Technical Fast Formulas

Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Compensation modules. Customize calculations, validations, and business rules. Support testing, debugging, and technical documentation.

11) Oracle Accounting Foundation Cloud Service (AFCS)

Implement and support Oracle Accounting Foundation Cloud Service for financial data processing and accounting transformations. Manage subledger data integration, rules configuration, reconciliation, and financial reporting support.
