Job Description :

Primary Skills : Redwood, Conversion, plan & plan type, UAT, SIT, Hypercare

2 or 3 implementation projects, Implementing plan & plan type, create rate, fast formula,(PCT percentage to complete-good to have) guide customer, integrate software with vendor, pros & cons we go through, exp in conversion (date conversion of benefits). Implementing solution.

Its Individual contributor role, end to end knowledge of benefits.

Good to have open enrollment knowledge, Redwood, So transition knowledge (Responsive page to redwood.

1. Should be proficient in Oracle Cloud Benefits. Should know how to configurations and understand the integration points Benefits and Payroll.
2. Should be able to analyze payroll issues related to benefits configurations.
3. Should be able to own integrations, work with client to gather requirements and work with technical team to get them delivered.
4. Should possess good communication skills and should take ownership of activities end to end.
