- 10+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Lead
- Strong expertise in HR processes: Core HR, Payroll (Fast formula), PMS, Recruitment, T&A.
- Experience in any of the following HCM platforms:
- Strong understanding of HR statutory compliance.
- Ability to create functional documentation, workflows, and configuration guides.
- Hands-on experience in supporting implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder handling, and problem-solving skills.
