About the Company
As an Oracle Cloud Planning Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert business process guidance, implementation consulting, and product expertise in our Oracle Cloud Planning applications. You will be working closely with our clients in the Far East to understand their business processes, configure and implement software solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of our Oracle Cloud Planning projects. Your role will involve problem-solving, solution design, and stakeholder management, requiring a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Planning applications and a deep knowledge of the business processes they support.

As an Oracle Cloud Planning Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert business process guidance, implementation consulting, and product expertise in our Oracle Cloud Planning applications.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle Cloud Planning solutions based on the client's requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their demand planning and S&OP processes and integrate them into the Oracle Cloud Planning system.
- Provide training and support to users on the Oracle Cloud Planning system.
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring that the Oracle Cloud Planning system is implemented on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Required Skills
- Demand Planning: The candidate must have a strong understanding and experience in demand planning, which involves forecasting future demand for products and services.
- Oracle Cloud Planning: The candidate must have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Planning, including its implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
- S&OP: The candidate must have a deep understanding of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and be able to integrate them into the Oracle Cloud Planning system.
Preferred Skills
- ASCP: Experience with Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) is a plus.
- Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Business Analysis: Ability to analyze business processes and requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team.
- ERP Systems: Knowledge of other ERP systems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Customer Service: Experience in providing customer service and support.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant technologies.
