Oracle Fusion Financials Principal Specialist (functional)

We are looking for a senior Oracle Financials expert to lead solution design, implementation, and support across Oracle Fusion (and EBS) Finance modules. The ideal candidate will act as a functional SME, drive finance transformation initiatives, and partner closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend functional design for Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses).
• Conduct requirement workshops, prepare design documents, and manage configurations.
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, production rollout, and quarterly updates.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration (FBDI/OTBI).
• Act as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders and guide junior consultants.

Required Experience

• 7 - 15 years in Oracle Financials (Fusion mandatory; EBS experience a plus).
• 3+ full-cycle implementations as a lead/principal functional consultant.
• Strong understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C, and accounting processes.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Oracle Cloud Certification
• Experience in global rollouts and multi-currency environments
