Oracle Finance Techno-Functional Consultant – Tech Lead

Job Description:

State Street Corporate Finance IT team is leading a Cloud Transformation Program to modernize and redesign entire finance technology and process landscape globally, incl. North America, APAC and EMEA regions.

We are looking for Oracle ERP Prod Support resource needs to have hands-on technical product support and will have a passion for diving into the code to perform root cause analysis for both Oracle Fusion Cloud application and Oracle R12.

As part of Oracle ERP Prod Support, you will:

• Provide production support to the Oracle Cloud ERP and EBS platform and other boundary application connecting with Oracle EBS Platform.
• Serve as an escalation point for internal customer support and product teams
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve technically complex issues and escalated customer technical issues to resolve the problem or qualify appropriately
• Understand the business complexity and provide resolution/workaround to the user's problems.
• Respond to critical production operational issues and follow up with the team for resolution.
• Coordinate with different teams on the integration points and bring resolution to the problems.
• Describe issues and work with the development team on engineering and implementation of technical solutions to them.
• Monitor the application through tools and take appropriate steps to prevent failures and restore the service.
• Perform root cause analysis on the major problems and recurrent issues.

Skills:

• Understand business complexities and provide resolutions to user problems when they emerge.
• Experience in supporting both Oracle R12 and Cloud Applications for the Finance Modules (AP, AR , GL, FA, CM and PO) and Procurement modules.
• Techno Functional expertise in Oracle Apps Financials Modules (AP/AR/GL/FA/CM and PO) configuration and flow testing.
• Strong Experience in PL/SQL.
• Strong Experience in Oracle ERP Reporting – BI Publisher & OTBI.
• Exposure/Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud is a plus.
• Prior experience of working in a bank is a plus
• Oracle Cloud Certifications 
• Oracle OIC experience is preferred 
• Unix Shell Scripting 
• AI capabilities
