Job Title: Finance Functional Consultant

Location: Pune

Job Description;Finance Functional :


Strong understanding of HR domain business processes and concepts

Track or Assist in identifying employee Skills gap needed for the company and generate reports to management

Ability to suggest and create custom training plans

Identify Training needs needed for the Individuals and for the organization and coordinate to conduct trainings to meet the company objectives

work with a companys human resources HR department and business managers to implement employee training and development programmes

Track and Maintain Certifications achieved by employees on Trainings or Certification exams

Setting Coordinating Behaviours and Organization trainings and keep track of the same and generate reports

Analyse the different departments in a company to identify processes and skills that require improvement

Good Negotiation Skills to buy training programs from vendors and maintain good relationship

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies willingness to learn the Oracle HCM Cloud platform

Prior experience with ERP systems or other HR application software desirable
