- Experience: 13+ years total experience
- Relevant Experience: 9+ years in Finance Functional modules
- Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune
Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)
- Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle
- Hands-on experience in:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Collections
- Service Contracts
- RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle setup and configuration for AR, Collections, Service Contracts, and RMCS modules
- Support month-end financial activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues
- Provide user support and functional guidance
- Ensure smooth operations across the O2C financial process
