We are seeking a skilled Oracle Eloqua Specialist to manage, execute, and optimize marketing automation campaigns. The role involves end-to-end campaign setup, data segmentation, lead management, and performance analysis using Oracle Eloqua. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality campaign delivery, strong process governance, and continuous optimization of marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and execute email and multi-channel marketing campaigns within Oracle Eloqua.

• Create and manage forms, landing pages, and dynamic content using Eloquas campaign canvas and assets.

• Develop and maintain segmentation lists, data cleansing processes, and contact management to ensure accurate targeting.

• Manage nurture campaigns, lead scoring models, and workflows to improve lead engagement and pipeline contribution.

• Ensure smooth integration between Eloqua and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Oracle CX) for lead transfer and data synchronization.

• Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.

• Create dashboards and performance reports to track campaign outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.

• Maintain Eloqua data governance, compliance, and privacy standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

• Troubleshoot campaign or integration issues and provide technical support to marketing and sales teams.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and analytics teams to ensure consistency and alignment in campaign execution.

• Stay updated on Oracle Eloqua enhancements and best practices to improve automation efficiency.
