Oracle EDQ Specialist

Job Purpose

To lead a team of experienced Oracle EDQ professionals in the development and execution of data quality strategies to ensure accurate and reliable data for business decision making.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Oracle EDQ experts in data quality analysis, cleansing, and management.
• Develop and implement data quality strategies and solutions to enhance data accuracy and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data quality standards and best practices.
• Manage and prioritize project timelines and deliverables to meet business objectives.
• Perform system maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of Oracle EDQ platform.
• Conduct regular audits to identify data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data quality management.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle EDQ, providing support and training to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Oracle EDQ certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Quality.
• Proven experience in leading a team of EDQ professionals.
• Strong knowledge of data quality management principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and train junior team members.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database management
