Job Summary:
The Senior Technical Lead will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 applications. This position requires a deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and experience in leading technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and development of Oracle EBS R12 solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Mentor and guide technical team members on best practices and standards.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development guidelines.
• Manage technical project timelines and deliverables.
• Participate in system integration and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 development.
• Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow.
• Experience with Oracle EBS modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle Application Framework (OAF) expertise.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Services.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
