Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Supply Chain Management modules in Oracle EBS. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, PL/SQL development, and hands-on experience with OM and Shipping APIs in R12. Exposure to Fusion SCM and integration platforms will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and production support in SCM modules of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12).
• Manage and support the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle including:
• Order Management (OM)
• Shipping Execution
• Inventory
• Accounts Receivable (AR) coordination
• Work extensively with OM and Shipping public APIs in R12 for customizations and integrations.
• Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL objects (packages, procedures, functions, triggers).
• Design and implement inbound/outbound interfaces using REST APIs and other integration methods.
• Provide functional and technical design documentation (MD050, MD070, BR100).
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.
• Support Transportation and logistics-related business processes within SCM.
• Perform system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and functional issues in SCM modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12 mandatory).
• Strong experience in SCM modules, especially:
• Order Management (OM)
• Shipping
• Inventory
• Proven experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle implementation and support.
• Strong technical expertise in PL/SQL (performance tuning, complex queries, interfaces, conversions).
• Hands-on experience with OM and Shipping APIs in R12.
• Good understanding of Transportation and logistics processes.
• Experience in REST API-based integrations.
• Ability to work in support and enhancement projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
