Role Overview

The Oracle EBS R12 L2 Functional Support Consultant will provide second-level functional support for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) within the Oracle E-Business Suite environment. The role focuses on resolving functional incidents, ensuring data integrity, supporting month-end financial activities, and performing root cause analysis for recurring issues. The consultant will also support system enhancements and continuously identify opportunities to automate SOP-driven tasks.

Must-Have Skills:

• 510 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Functional Support.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) module support.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Financial and Supply Chain modules, including:
• OM (Order Management)
• AP (Accounts Payable)
• GL (General Ledger)
• Purchasing
• WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning)

Strong handson expertise in OTM functional processes, including:

• Shipment Planning
• Tendering & Communication
• Rate Management
• Execution & Tracking
• Freight Payment
• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and functional troubleshooting independently.
• Experience working in a 24x7 enterprise application support environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes and accounting impacts.
• ITIL knowledge is mandatory.
