Required Skills & Experience
· Technical + Functional expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS/Payroll and Benefits modules.
· Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll processes: pre-payments, costing, retro pay, BEE, year-end processing.
· Strong knowledge of Benefits administration: plan setup, enrollment, life event processing, and reporting.
· Proficiency in Fast Formulas, Payroll Balance Adjustments, Element configuration, and Benefit plan design.
· Strong technical skills: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and Interfaces.
· Knowledge of integrations with third-party benefit providers.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
