Must Have:

  • Technical + Functional expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS/Payroll and Benefits modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll processes: pre-payments, costing, retro pay, BEE, year-end processing.
  • Strong knowledge of Benefits administration: plan setup, enrollment, life event processing, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Fast Formulas, Payroll Balance Adjustments, Element configuration, and Benefit plan design.
  • Strong technical skills: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and Interfaces.
  • Knowledge of integrations with third-party benefit providers.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle EBS Payroll and Benefits modules.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to gather requirements and provide end-to-end solutions.
  • Configure, test, and deploy Oracle EBS Payroll and Benefits functionalities, including fast formulas, elements, balance definitions, and benefit plans.
  • Support payroll processing cycles, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICE components).
  • Design and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, Payroll Costing, Element Entries, and Benefit Calculations.
  • Coordinate with developers for technical customizations, extensions, and BI Publisher reports.
  • Manage interfaces with third-party benefit providers, banks, and other HR systems.
  • Perform unit testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
  • Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshoot errors, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory payroll/benefit requirements.
  • Document configurations, functional setups, and provide end-user training.
