Oracle EBS finance techno functional

·       To participate actively in the implementation of the ERP projects and enhancements in the specific area of competency

·       Provide solution, processes and application expertise and knowledge from requirements/design through to implementation

·       More than 10 years’ experience as Finance Functional Consultant

·       To conduct the solution confirmation activities and the fit/gap analysis, identify key gaps and ensure that the foot print and design meets the local requirements

·       Ensure the integration between the Project team, Support  team and the business community

·       Maintain the design model during the program implementation, implement approved enhancements and support the rollouts

·       Should be able to independently handle projects and enhancements

·       Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressure

·       Excellent organiza tional and interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work in a team environment

·       Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus professional interaction with all customers, contractors and vendors, both internal and external to Stryker

·       Ensure design fits with current requirements and future business direction    

·       Ensure processes consistency

·       Assist in facilitating change leadership interventions within process area
