About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with specifically within the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Finance operations space. You will play a key role in business requirement analysis, solutioning, design, testing, and production implementation for Oracle EBS Finance modules.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Partnered with Global Finance Technology teams to streamline, automate, and enhance the Accounts Receivable (AR) process across multiple global regions
- Collaborated with business users and senior global stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process gaps, and convert business needs into scalable Oracle EBS solutions
- Led end-to-end solution design and functional mapping for AR-related business requirements, ensuring alignment with global Finance policies and user expectations
- Delivered Oracle EBS Finance solutions for Global Audit, Tax Compliance, Controllership initiatives, New Business Launches, In-Country Expansion , and Entity Restructuring projects
- Managed functional configuration, requirement analysis, fit-gap documentation, and worked closely with development teams for solution delivery
- Led and mentored a team of developers and functional analysts to deliver high-impact Finance projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Conducted functional testing, UAT , and supported production deployments for Oracle AR modules, ensuring smooth post-go-live operations.
- Prepared BRDs, FDDs, test scenarios, training documents, and delivered end-user onboarding, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
Required Skills & Capabilities
Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS Finance Accounts Receivable (AR)
Thorough understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle and Finance business workflows
Ability to perform business requirement analysis, fit-gap, and design scalable Finance solutions
Hands-on experience with functional testing, UAT, and production support for Oracle Finance modules
Strong stakeholder management capabilities with experience working across global teams
Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills
Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to Oracle Cloud Financials (AR / Revenue Management)
Basic working knowledge of Interfaces, Extensions, and Reports in Oracle Finance
Experience supporting global rollouts across US / UK or multi-country environments
