Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Oracle EBS HR Management with strong hands-on experience in Leave Management and Payroll Management (Mandatory Modules). The candidate should have solid functional knowledge of HR processes and experience in implementation and support of Oracle EBS HR modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS HR Management (Core HR).
• Manage and configure Leave Management (Absence Management) including accruals, approvals, and policies.
• Handle end-to-end Payroll Processing, including elements, balances, costing, and statutory compliance.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional documents (BRD, FSD, Test Cases).
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and integrations.
• Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Provide troubleshooting and functional support to users.

Required Skills:

• 48 years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS HRMS / HR Management.
• Strong expertise in Leave Management and Payroll modules (mandatory).
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Knowledge of Fast Formula and payroll configurations.
• Good understanding of HR policies and payroll compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in IT, HR, Finance, or related field.
