Job Title : Oracle Apex Developer

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days only.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX). The ideal candidate will have strong skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Database development, and web application technologies, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using Oracle APEX .
• Create, optimize, and troubleshoot PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers , and database objects.
• Build responsive, user-friendly APEX pages, forms, reports, dashboards, and interactive grids.
• Integrate APEX applications with external systems using RESTful Web Services, ORDS, JSON, XML , etc.
• Perform performance tuning, debugging, and application optimization.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Implement security best practices including authentication, authorization, roles, and data protection.
• Maintain documentation of technical designs, workflows, and system configurations.
• Support existing applications and provide production issue resolution.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Oracle APEX (19c/21c/22c or higher) .
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL .
• Experience with Oracle Database 12c/19c/21c .
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery , and other web technologies.
• Experience working with REST APIs , ORDS, and data integration.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with APEX plug-ins , dynamic actions, and custom JavaScript components.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of BI tools (Oracle BI, Power BI) is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud environments such as Oracle Cloud (OCI), AWS, or Azure.
