Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Demand Management Consultant with strong expertise in forecast accuracy improvement, performance tuning, and multiple global implementations . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Oracle Demand Management modules and driving business outcomes through optimized forecasting and planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle Demand Management implementations across multiple global regions
• Perform forecast accuracy analysis, tuning, and optimization to improve demand planning outcomes
• Configure and fine-tune demand planning parameters to align with business requirements
• Analyze historical demand, seasonality, and trends to enhance forecast models
• Work closely with business users to understand demand planning challenges and provide solutions
• Support global rollouts , including localization, data setup, and user adoption
• Collaborate with supply planning, inventory, and sales teams for integrated planning
• Troubleshoot performance and data issues related to demand forecasts
• Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 810 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Demand Management
• Strong expertise in forecast accuracy improvement and tuning techniques
• Experience in multiple global Oracle implementations
• In-depth understanding of demand planning concepts (statistical forecasting, consensus forecasting, lifecycle planning)
• Ability to analyze and interpret demand data to drive planning accuracy
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with global business teams

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud / Oracle Advanced Planning
• Exposure to integration with supply planning and inventory modules
• Experience in data analysis, KPIs, and demand planning metrics
• Prior consulting or client-facing project experience
