We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant specialist.

In this role, you will:
•    Strong Oracle architecture & infrastructure knowledge
•    Exposure to multi-tenant architecture Oracle environments
•    Expert level experience in Oracle RAC and Dataguard, OEM
•    Experience in Oracle Goldengate
•    Performance tuning of Oracle Databases
•    Pro-active engagement with the business to establish demand.  
•    Maintaining a close relationship with the project delivery team and solution architects.
•    Knowledge in Shell Scripting/Python, Automation and DevOps Tools
•    Technical Delivery and Task managing and Reporting Skills
•    Flexible to work in shifts and Oncall Support

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

•    A minimum of 8+ Years IT experience in Database Administration & Infrastructure Delivery 
•    Engaging with Business Users, Analysing the Requirements, Planning and Implementation of New Builds, Migrations and Upgradation of Environments.
•    Investigate and provide solutions to Database Performance related issues, Query Tuning, Analysing Environments Resources & Capacity.
•    Providing Consultancy for New Projects, Environment Setups, Planning Backup and Disaster Recovery.
•    Lead & Mentor Database Team Technically and enforce Standards & Processes
•    Change Management, Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis.
