Installation of Oracle s/w

Change Management 

Problem Management 

Database maintenance (Index re- build, table re-org, table partitions)  

User Access Management 

Database startup/shutdown  

Database consistency checks  

Database re-org activities  

Understanding and hands-on on Oracle PDB/CDB   

Analyzing session wait events  

Perform database backup/restores  

Migrating the database across servers 

Different migration approaches  

Database refresh /cloning  

Database patching 

Hands-on on Oracle Dataguard/Goldengate/RAC 

Database performance tuning 

Knowledge Management - Creation of SOPs for regular activities.   

Service/process Compliance reporting 

DR Drill support 

Database Transparent Database encryption 

Tools: ServiceNow/OEM
