Job Title: Oracle Database Administrator (DBA)
Location: PAN INDIA

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Oracle database systems. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and performance of databases while supporting development and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle database software and related products.
- Administer Oracle databases across development, testing, and production environments.
- Perform database tuning and optimization for performance improvements.
- Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Monitor database health and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Apply patches and security updates to maintain compliance.
- Manage user access, roles, and privileges to ensure data security.
- Develop and maintain documentation for database architecture and processes.
- Collaborate with application developers and system administrators for database integration.
- Support migration projects and upgrades to newer Oracle versions or cloud platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS architecture and administration.
- Expertise in Oracle 12c/19c (or latest versions).
- Proficiency in PL/SQL , performance tuning, and query optimization.
- Experience with RMAN , Data Guard, and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
- Knowledge of backup/recovery strategies and disaster recovery planning.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle RAC , ASM, and Exadata.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python).
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.
