Job Title: Oracle CPQ support engineer

Location: Pan India

Experience: 5+ yrs

Job Type : Contract to hire

Notice Period:- Immediate joiner

Experience with CPQ rule engines and constraint solvers (e.g., industry-specific configurators). Strong functional understanding of product configuration, pricing, discounting, constraints, and BOM management. Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP integrations; familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML. Proficient with ticketing and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) Basic scripting / query skills: SQL, Python, or JavaScript for automation and data manipulation. Monitor CPQ performance and usage, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance tuning. Troubleshoot CPQ integrations with CRM (Salesforce), Oracle ERP, PLM, pricing engines, and middleware (APIs, ETL). Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve CPQ incidents and service requests via ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira). Escalate complex issues to development or vendor support as required.
