Oracle Core - Technical Analyst

Job Description:

• Responsible for activities related to ERP systems, specifically focusing on Oracle Core components.
• Assist in implementing and supporting Oracle solutions, ensuring compliance with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing end-user support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Engage in testing and validation of system changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement within the Oracle system.

Skill Set:

• 1-3 years of experience in Oracle Core ERP systems, with a focus on technical analysis.
• Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Requirement & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience in ERP implementations or support.
