Oracle Consultant

As an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering endtoend technical solutions for largescale HR transformation programs in the Health Care sector. You will work extensively on HCM data migration, Fast Formulas, Extracts, BI/OTBI reporting, HDLs, and Payslip customisations.

You will collaborate with functional consultants and global stakeholders to design, develop, and optimise complex Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role provides exposure to advanced Oracle Cloud technologies, modern reporting frameworks, and highimpact enterprise implementations.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and execute endtoend data migration activities across HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and OTL.
• Design, write, and modify complex Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and OTL modules.
• Develop and optimize BI Publisher and OTBI reports for operational, statutory, and analytical requirements.
• Build and enhance HCM Extracts for downstream integrations and bulk data processing.
• Create and maintain HDL templates for data loads, corrections, and mass updates.
• Customize and enhance payroll pay slips including formatting, layout adjustments, and data logic.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth integration, testing, and deployment of HCM solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical defects and performance issues across HCM modules.
• Provide ongoing support, documentation, and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• 8+ years of experience working as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant.
• Strong handson experience in HCM data migration across all the below modules.
• Expertise in developing complex Fast Formulas across Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and OTL.
• Proficiency in BI Publisher and OTBI report development.
• Strong experience building and maintaining HCM Extracts.
• Extensive experience with HDL data loads and transformations.
• Experience customizing Oracle Payroll Pay Slips.
• Ability to analyze functional requirements and design scalable technical solutions.
• Strong debugging, problemsolving, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience with REST API integrations.
• Knowledge of HCM security, roles, and data privacy configurations.
• Oracle HCM Cloud technical certifications.
