Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM FCCS Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle FCCS , along with experience in HFR, FDMEE, Hyperion Planning, and Essbase . This role involves end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle EPM solutions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle FCCS implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support activities
• Design, develop, and maintain financial consolidation and reporting solutions using FCCS
• Configure and manage FDMEE for data integration from multiple source systems
• Develop and maintain financial reports using Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR)
• Work on Hyperion Planning applications, including business rules, forms, workflows, and security
• Develop and optimize Essbase calculations, outlines, and performance tuning
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployments
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot application issues
• Ensure adherence to best practices, documentation standards, and governance processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 812 years of experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS
• Good working knowledge of FDMEE , HFR , Hyperion Planning , and Essbase
• Experience in end-to-end EPM implementations and support projects
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes
• Ability to write and optimize Essbase calc scripts and business rules
• Experience with data integration, mappings, and validations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in multi-entity, multi-currency environments
• Exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud upgrades and patches
• Prior experience working with global or large enterprise clients
• Oracle EPM / Hyperion certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
