Oracle Cloud Security Consultant - SAAS

Role: Consultant Oracle Application Security & GRC

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai / Kolkata

We are looking for a Consultant specializing in Oracle Cloud Application Security and Risk Management to support clients in securing their Oracle ERP/HCM systems. The ideal candidate will design scalable, SOX-compliant security solutions, configure roles and data security, implement Oracle Risk Management Cloud controls, and support audits and compliance assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Oracle Cloud security architecture (roles, data roles, AOR, profiles).
• Customize and configure Oracle RMC modules (AAC, AFC, FRC).
• Perform SoD analysis, risk assessment, and SOX readiness activities.
• Conduct quarterly patch impact analysis & regression testing.
• Troubleshoot complex security issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Secure OTBI/BI reports, data models, and analytics.
• Participate in client workshops and prepare detailed documentation.

Must-Have Experience:

• 34 years in Oracle Cloud Security (ERP/HCM/EPM).
• Hands-on role design, user provisioning, and data security.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security console, HDL loads, and restricting sensitive flows.
• Experience with compliance, controls, and Oracle RMC.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have:

• Oracle GRC or RMC implementation experience.
• Experience with Oracle ERP/HCM modules.
• Certifications (CISSP/CISM/CISA).
• Automation skills (Python, C#, VBA).
• PL/SQL debugging and security checks.
