Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle OTM Cloud implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into OTM solutions
• Configure OTM modules including:
• Shipment Planning & Execution
• Rate Management
• Order Management
• Itinerary & Network Modeling
• Fleet Management (if applicable)
• Design and implement OTM integrations using:
• REST/SOAP Web Services
• XML/JSON
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Develop and maintain custom agents, actions, and automation
• Support OTM reporting and analytics (OTM BI / OTBI / custom reports)
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployments
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external partners
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership
• Prepare functional/technical documentation and training materials
