Role Name: Oracle Cloud HCM Developer

Desired Experience Range:4 to 10 Years

Location of Requirement: Kolkata

• Manage overall Technical aspects of HCM Cloud area like OTBI/BIP Reporting, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts etc.

• Develop and support business rules with the help of Fast Formulas

• Knowledge of Bursting and Personalization’s etc.

• Develop and support Business Process / Standard Process

• Manage Approval Rules and Security

• Develop / Maintain Existing Reports

• Understand consolidation business requirements

• Help QA team during Integration testing

• Attend daily and weekly meetings with Onshore and other stakeholders
