Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant Payroll (US Payroll Focus)

Our EGS Hub in India is a key part of how we deliver for our clients and scale our Oracle Cloud capabilities. We are looking for a hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant Payroll with strong US Payroll experience to support Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and postgo-live managed

services for US-based clients.

This is a delivery-focused role for functional consultants who enjoy owning payroll configuration, working through complex issues, and partnering directly with clients. Work may span implementations, postgo-live stabilization, and managed services support, depending on client needs. You will work closely with US-based clients and Elire delivery teams, requiring overlap with US business hours and a solid understanding of US payroll processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations for US clients
• Provide postgo-live and managed services support, including enhancements and issue resolution
• Gather and translate payroll requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM configurations
• Configure payroll elements, balances, calculations, and related setups
• Support payroll testing cycles, parallel runs, and production readiness activities
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and partner with clients on resolution strategies
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, and reporting
• Participate in US client meetings, workshops, and status calls
• Provide guidance or review support for junior team members as needed (no people management)

Required Experience & Skills

• 68+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Payroll
• Strong experience supporting US Payroll (required)
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and/or managed services
• Understanding of US payroll processes, controls, and compliance requirements
• Comfortable working directly with US clients and overlapping US business hours
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote delivery environment

Nice to Have

• Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll certification(s)
• Experience working in a global delivery or offshore consulting model
• Exposure to related HCM modules such as Core HR, OTL, or Absence
