Oracle Billing & Revenue Management (BRM) Tester / QA Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an 5+year experienced Oracle BRM Tester to validate end-to-end billing, charging, and revenue flows in a telecom environment. The role involves testing rating, invoicing, balances, mediation, and integrations to ensure accurate billing and revenue assurance. Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of Oracle BRM applications
• Validate rating, charging, billing cycles, invoicing, and taxation
• Test usage events (CDRs/EDRs) and ensure correct balance impacts
• Verify product, pricing, discounts, and promotions configurations
• Execute end-to-end billing scenarios : customer creation usage billing invoice payment
• Perform backend validation using SQL (balances, events, invoices)
• Test integrations between BRM, CRM, Mediation, and Finance systems
• Identify billing defects related to revenue leakage and ensure fixes
• Prepare test cases, test data, execution reports, and defect documentation
• Support UAT and production validation activities

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM)
• Strong knowledge of telecom billing domain
• Experience in rating, charging, invoicing, and balance management
• Strong SQL skills for data validation
• Good understanding of billing cycles, proration, discounts, and taxation
• Experience with Unix/Linux commands
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, Zephyr, etc.)
