Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle BRM Developer with strong telecom billing domain expertise to support a large-scale Africa Telecom project. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), telecom billing processes, scripting, configuration, and production support activities.

The role involves working in hybrid delivery mode supporting development activities from India and participating in onsite implementation and support in Angola.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Oracle BRM solutions.
• Work on BRM Architecture, customization, workflows, and integrations.
• Configure and support Order Management & RODOD processes.
• Implement telecom billing solutions for:
• Prepaid billing
• Postpaid billing
• Broadband services
• Wireless Voice
• SMS & Data services
• Work on BRM functional modules including:
• Account & Subscription Management
• Credit Monitoring
• Billing & Rating
• Invoicing
• Taxation
• Develop scripts and automation for billing workflows and operations.
• Provide L2 and L3 Production Support and troubleshoot complex billing issues.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with telecom business teams and technical stakeholders.
• Participate in onsite deployment, rollout, and stabilization phases.
• Analyze issues and provide performance optimization and root cause solutions.
