Job Title: Oracle BI Publisher Developer

Location: Bangalore (Preferred)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Oracle BI Publisher Developer to support a strategic migration initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle BI Publisher and related technologies, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain reports using Oracle BI Publisher (RTF, Excel, PDF templates).

Migrate existing reports from Createforms! to Oracle BI Publisher.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.

Optimize data models and XML data sources for performance and accuracy.

Integrate BI Publisher reports with Oracle ERP systems (EBS, Fusion Cloud).

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation and formatting.

Support version upgrades and performance tuning.

Required Skills & Experience

56 years of experience in Oracle BI Publisher development.

Strong command of SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSL, and RTF templates.

Experience with Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud, or PeopleSoft reporting.

Familiarity with OTBI, OAC, or OBIEE is a plus.

Understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Effective communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an advantage.

Experience with ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, HR, or SCM
