ABOUT JOB


Designation: Technical Trainer


The Oracle, AWS & Oracle Fusion Cloud Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering dual-track and enterprise-application training programs, focusing on foundational and advanced Oracle Database technologies (SQL/PLSQL, Forms & Reports), Oracle Fusion Applications & Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), alongside modern AWS cloud infrastructure and services. The objective is to produce industry-ready graduates proficient in database development, enterprise application integration, and scalable cloud deployments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training and Content Delivery

Develop and maintain integrated training tracks covering SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, Oracle Fusion Applications & OIC. AWS Cloud Services: EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM ensuring alignment with industry best practices and certification standards (Oracle OCA/OCP, Oracle Fusion/OIC certifications, AWS certifications).

a. Hands-on Instruction

Deliver practical training using live Oracle Database & Forms/Reports environments, Oracle Fusion & Oracle Integration Cloud instances and AWS Free Tier / Educational accounts for real-world lab and project execution.

b. Integrated Projects

Guide students through capstone projects such as Oracle Forms application integrated with Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion or OIC-based integrations with on-prem Oracle Database and Deployment of Oracle-based applications on AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3).

c. Mentoring

Provide advanced technical mentoring and troubleshooting in Oracle Database, Fusion/OIC integrations, Forms & Reports, and AWS deployments.

2. Assessment and Evaluation

a. Performance Tracking

Conduct assessments covering SQL/PLSQL performance and database design, Oracle Forms & Reports development, Oracle Fusion and OIC integration scenarios and AWS cloud configuration and security best practices.

b. Placement Readiness:

Conduct mock interviews and placement-oriented sessions for roles such as: Oracle Fusion Consultant, Oracle Integration Cloud Developer, Oracle DBA / Cloud DBA, DevOps / Cloud Engineer

3. Infrastructure Management

Manage and maintain training labs including: Oracle Database, Forms & Reports environments, Oracle Fusion and OIC cloud instances, Cost, security, and access governance of AWS student accounts

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education (As per AICTE / UGC norms)

B.Tech & M.Tech - CSE/IT from top-tier institutes (IITs, NITs, IIITs, IISc, etc.) with first class throughout

0 - 4 years of teaching / research / industry experience

PhD or PhD (Pursuing) candidates preferred

Technical Skills

  • Core Oracle Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in:Oracle SQL & PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, Oracle Database architecture and performance tuning.
  • Oracle Cloud & Enterprise Applications: Oracle Fusion Applications (Financials / HCM / SCM overview & technical exposure), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, adapters, REST/SOAP services
  • AWS Cloud Expertise: EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, IAM, monitoring and security fundamentals
  • Mandatory / Preferred Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate (SAA-C03) or equivalent, Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) / OCP, Oracle Fusion or Oracle Integration Cloud certification (preferred)
  • Tools & Platforms: Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, Oracle Forms Builder, Oracle Reports Builder, AWS Console & CLI
  • DevOps (Added Advantage): Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD exposure
  • Industry Experience is desirable, especially in Oracle Fusion implementations, OIC integrations, or Oracle-based cloud projects.
