Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Supply Chain & Oracle ERP Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, Oracle applications, and application support, with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Oracle Supply Chain modules including ASCP, Demantra, Order Promising, and Cloud applications.
- Assist in the configuration and setup of Item Master, Bill of Materials, and Sourcing processes within Oracle ERP systems.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand supply chain requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Handle incident management through tools like Jira, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Support manufacturing operations and integrate supply chain processes with Oracle ERP (JDE, EBS, Fusion, etc.).
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and user training as needed.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and support activities.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless supply chain and ERP operations.
Job Requirements:
- 4 years experience in a consulting environment, preferably in supply chain and ERP support.
- Basic/Advanced knowledge of Oracle ASCP, Demantra, Oracle Cloud, and Order Promising.
- Strong understanding of integrated supply chain environments with Oracle ERP (JDE, EBS, Fusion, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Item Setup, Bill of Materials, and Sourcing.
- Hands-on experience in application support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations and related processes.
- Knowledge of Purchasing and Order Management modules.
- Oracle Certification in relevant modules will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Office 365 suite including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
