Oracle Application Technical Consultant

2. Job Summary

The Senior Consultant will independently deliver functional and technical solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. The role involves leading design workshops, building integrations, driving data migration strategies, and providing expert guidance throughout end-to-end implementations. This is a client-facing position that requires strong consulting skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to work across complex projects with minimal supervision.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (minimum of 3 full cycles).
• Design and deliver HCM modules leveraging HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Reports, Fast Formulas, and integration tools.
• Drive data migration and conversion strategies, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to map business processes and configure HCM solutions accordingly.
• Develop integration architectures and Proof of Concepts to support customer-specific scenarios.
• Provide expert consulting guidance and troubleshoot functional/technical issues.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with customer and project teams.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and contribute across different roles as needed.
• Travel 5075% based on project demands.

4. Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory

• 5+ years' experience in HCM applications , with 4+ years specifically on Oracle Fusion HCM .
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation cycles .
• Strong expertise in HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher reports, Integrations, and Fast Formulas .
• Solid understanding of HCM business processes and cloud implementation methodologies.
• Experience with data migration and integration architecture.
• Strong communication, consulting, and client engagement skills.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel (5075%).
