Job Description: Oracle Technical Delivery Manager

Role Summary: Evoke Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Delivery Manager to lead and manage the delivery of Oracle-based enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, team leadership, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across Oracle ERP implementations and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP projects (Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud / PeopleSoft as applicable).
• Manage technical and functional teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong stakeholder communication and satisfaction.
• Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, best practices, and SLAs.
• Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and manage resource allocation effectively.
• Drive solution architecture discussions and provide technical guidance where required.
• Support pre-sales activities, estimations, and proposal reviews as needed.
• Mentor team members and contribute to capability building within the Oracle practice.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of overall experience in Oracle technologies, with 5+ years in a delivery management role.
• Strong hands-on background in Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud / Oracle Database / Oracle Middleware (based on project needs).
• Proven experience managing large Oracle ERP programs and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of delivery models (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Experience working with global clients, especially US-based customers, is a plus.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Nice to Have

• Oracle certifications
• Experience in cloud migration (OCI / Azure / AWS)
• Exposure to pre-sales and solutioning activities
