Mandatory Skills: Simphony (Oracle MICROS)

Job Description Oracle Symphony

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Symphony POS
• Strong understanding of POS operations (menus, transactions, tenders, tax, discounts)
• Experience with system configuration and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows servers and basic networking concepts
• Knowledge of databases (Oracle/SQL) and log analysis
• Experience supporting integrations and APIs
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with Oracle Hospitality products (Simphony extensions, Reporting & Analytics, Inventory)
• Knowledge of payment processing and PCI compliance
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail environments
• Exposure to cloud or enterprise application support models
