Job Description:

• We are looking for experienced managed services professionals who have a broad understanding of the solutions, industrys best practices and multiple business processes within the EPM space.

1. The role would require:

• Ability to work independently as well as lead a team and create an environment of collaboration
• Excellent stake-holder management (internal KPMG and Client)
• Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment in order to implement and support Oracle EPM products and technology to meet customer needs.
• Expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderate to complex customer requirements
• Expertise to build enhancements to existing applications and ability to manage multiple Oracle EPM tools.
• Capability to do root cause analysis and deliver high-quality, well-developed solutions within constraints of time.
• Demonstration of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to a ticketing tool and adherence to TAT
• Ability to participate in discussions with the client
• Would need to work in shifts

Requirement

• Must have complete project lifecycle experience in a Planning and Budgeting Projects.
• Must have experience working with modules with EPBCS Finance, Workforce, Capex or Project.
• Proficient in writing Business Rules/Calc scripts.
• Experience with building Forms, working with Smart Lists, Menu, Task List, Security and all other artifacts of the planning tools.
• Familiar with Application tuning and Optimization.
• Experience in ASO cubes and MDX member formulas.
• Good understanding and experience with Data movement between applications.
• Ability to update and maintain integrations in Data Management
• Expertise in Data Validation
• Experience in either EPCMC, FCCS or ARCS
• Should have Experience with automation and scheduling Jobs
• Should have experience in requirement gathering and addressing client concerns
• Ability to Create and Demo EPM functionality to clients
• Experience in preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and admin guides etc.
• Ability to train internal staff in EPBCS and other tools in the Oracle EPM suite.
• Automate tasks that will eliminate repetitive tasks

Good documentation and presentation skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in writing Groovy scripts
• Exposure to EPCMC, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS
• Experience in Reporting Narrative / FR
• Exposure to multiple Oracle EPM cloud applications

Experience & Background

• Graduate qualification (B.E/B.Tech)/MCA/MBA/CA
• 8-12 years of experience in Oracle EPM tools.
• Hands-On experience in leading managed services / support team
• Excellent communication and articulation skills
