Title: Oracle EBS Developer (SCM)

Location: 100% REMOTE (India Based)

Duration: 12 to 24 months

Rate: Negotiable

Shift Timings: 3:00pm IST - 12:00am IST (Monday through Friday)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer with strong techno-functional expertise across key Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in PL/SQL , Oracle EBS R12.2.4 , and will bring hands-on experience supporting and enhancing critical business processes in Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Shipping Execution (WSH) and related Supply Chain areas. Experience with ASCP , Workflow , and OAF is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support customizations, extensions, and integrations across Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules (INV, OM, WSH).
• Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and performance-tuned queries.
• Enhance and troubleshoot Oracle Workflow , personalization, and extensions.
• Support OAF-based custom UI components and page customizations (a plus).
• Participate in full SDLC activities including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and production deployment.
• Provide techno-functional support for Supply Chain configurations, setups, and related functional flows.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring stability and accuracy across all supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize existing processes and implement best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS development experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x , preferably R12.2.4 .
• Deep technical proficiency with PL/SQL , APIs, interfaces, conversions, reports, and extensions.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain functional processes within INV, OM, WSH .
• Techno-functional ability to troubleshoot both functional issues and underlying technical components.
• Experience with Workflow Builder , AIM/OUM documentation , and technical design development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with ASCP integration or planning workflows.
• Hands-on experience with OAF development and personalization.
• Exposure to related SCM modules such as Purchasing (PO), BOM, WIP, or Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of integration tools (SOA, Oracle Integration Cloud) is a plus.
