Job Description
| - Project Leadership Provide leadership and guidance to the HR track team throughout all phases of the Oracle Cloud implementation project, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. |
| - Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for HR stakeholders, including HR business leaders, HRIS team members, and end users, to ensure alignment of project objectives with business requirements. |
| - Requirements Gathering Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including ORC and Payroll, and translate them into actionable project plans. |
