Oracle Cloud Developer - ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)

Experience: 4+ years in Oracle Cloud ORC implementation

Job Description:

We are actively seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Developer with a proven track record of at least 4 years in implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) solutions. As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and designing effective solutions within the Oracle Recruiting Cloud environment.
- Developing custom solutions, integrations, and extensions to meet specific client needs using Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Implementing and optimizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
- Coding, testing, and deploying enhancements and customizations in Oracle Recruiting Cloud applications.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the implementation phase.
- Staying updated on the latest developments and features within the Oracle Recruiting Cloud platform.
- Collaborating effectively within a team and working independently on development tasks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation, development, and customization (4+ years).
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages for Oracle Cloud development.
- Familiarity with Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules and functionalities.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Certification in Oracle Recruiting Cloud is a plus.
