Job Description
Were looking for a talented #3GRANOptimizationConsultant to join our team.
Location:move to LTTS base locations Chennai, Bangalore & NCR
Responsibilities
- Drive 3G RAN performance & optimization on Nokia platforms (Flexi BTS, RNC, OSS).
- Monitor & troubleshoot voice/data KPIs accessibility, handovers, throughput, drop rates.
- Implement parameter tuning, feature activation, and configuration changes to boost network quality.
- Collaborate with Planning, Field & Core teams to meet quality objectives.
- Conduct benchmarking, cluster optimization & event analysis for high-traffic zones.
- Support software upgrades, audits & feature testing.
- Mentor team members on Nokia 3G optimization best practices.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Nokia 3G RAN architecture (WBTS, RNC, NodeB, Iub, Iu-CS/PS).
- Hands-on with NetAct, NPO, Metrica & KPI dashboards.
- Deep understanding of 3G KPIs (Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Integrity, Availability).
- Experience in HSxPA, SHO, DCH/FACH, CPC, EUL optimization.
- Familiarity with drive test tools (TEMS, Actix, Nemo).
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Python-based KPI analysis.
- Exposure to multi-technology interaction (2G/3G/LTE) preferred.
